Republican Jim Durkin has been declared the winner in the 82nd House District race against Democrat Tom Chlystek.
With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Durkin had 62 percent of the vote with a total of 28,739 votes.
Chlystek received 38 percent of the vote with a total of 17,500 votes.
