Staff and the applicant are seeking input from the Village Board regarding the revised concept plan/preliminary plat for the Northpointe development, as well as direction on specific modifications that may be requested regarding the proposed elevations.

F.2. PARK WEST (PC CASE #1792-052418.CP/REZ/SU/SPR/PP)
Staff, the applicant and the property owner are requesting discussion from the Village Board regarding the types of housing and the density that could be supported at this location. Although a proposed townhome plan has been prepared based on previous concept plan review, the applicant is prepared to modify the proposed plans to meet the direction provided by the Village Board.
