Staff and the applicant are seeking input on the concept plan for a proposed 110-unit, single-family detached senior residential development at the southwest corner of Route 126 and Drauden Road.
F.2. Park West Concept Plan
Staff and the applicant are seeking input on the concept plan for a proposed 70-unit townhome development near the northwest corner of 127th Street and 248th Avenue.
F.3. Indian Oaks Unit 7 Concept Plan
Staff and the applicant are seeking input on the concept plan for a proposed four-unit duplex development on the parcel known as Indian Oaks Estates Unit 7 at the south terminus of Van Dyke Road south of Wallin Woods.
F.4. Gas Station Siting Discussion
Staff is requesting direction from the Village Board regarding the Board’s position on the concept of a gas station in the expanded downtown area.
