Mayor Covington called this special meeting of the Board of Trustees to order at 6:56 p.m.

Also present were Village Manager John Pate, Village Attorney John Wise, Deputy Fire Chief Brian Chellios, Cable/Communication Specialist Neva Jenkins, and Village Clerk Dorothy R. Jones.

D: ACTION ITEMS
D-1: Resolution Of The Village Of University Park, Will And Cook Counties, Illinois Authorizing And Approving A Resolution To Utilize Additional Motor Fuel Tax Funds For Maintenance Under The Illinois Highway Code For Emergency Culvert Repairs
Trustee Payton moved, Trustee McMullan seconded a motion to approve this resolution.
Village Manager Pate stated that this is 100% motor fuel tax funds, but he is also looking at using some 50/50 reimbursable TIF funds. He also stated that the Illinois Department of Transportation wants our records updated, and that Robinson Engineering will be monitoring this project, and moving forward will be reporting to the Illinois Department of Transportation
