Channahon Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on May 22.
Swearing in New Deputy Chief and Sergeant Village President Missey Moorman Schumacher swore in the new Deputy Chief Craig Gunty and Sergeant Matt Brooks at the Village of Channahon’s Board Meeting on Monday, May 21, 2018.
Craig Gunty was promoted from Sergeant to Deputy Chief and Matt Brooks was promoted from Patrol Officer to Sergeant.
