The Mobile Workforce Center will be available in six Will County communities on a weekly basis throughou November to assist residents in need of job development services, according to a press release.
Job-seekers will be offered help with their resumes, cover letters and job applications. With 11 computer stations, the center also allows visitors to access the internet and online job listings, as well as take keyboarding lessons.
The center will spend Mondays at Fountaindale Public Library in Bolingbrook, Tuesdays at University Park Village Hall in University Park, Wednesdays at Plainfield Public Library in Plainfield and Thursdays at Wilmington Public Library District in Wilmington. Hours are 9:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m. No service is offered on Veterans Day or Thanksgiving.
On Friday, Nov. 3 and 17, the center will offer the same morning hours at Frankfort Public Library District in Frankfort and afternoon hours at the Mokena Community Public Library in Mokena.
