F.1. Riverfront Foundation

The Plainfield Riverfront Foundation will present an overview of its finances, accomplishments, activities and upcoming plans and projects. The meeting will also provide an opportunity for discussion between members of the Foundation, Trustees, and Village staff.

F.2. Development Strategies for Village Owned Park ‘N’ Ride Property

During the July 10th Committee of the Whole Workshop Meeting, the Village Board discussed options related to the future development of the Village owned property that is north of Lockport Street and east of VanDyke Road and Wood Farm Road. The Board provided general direction for staff to develop a draft Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and conduct a public meeting regarding the possible formation of a Public-Private Partnership. As the draft RFQ has been completed and the public meeting has been conducted, the purpose of this meeting is to continue the discussion regarding the future development of this property.
