The Chicago White Sox organization is scheduled to put on baseball camps July 17-21 at the Frontier S.C. Softball fields, the Naperville Park District said.
The camps are divided into three groups: ages 5-6, ages 7-8, and ages 9-12, with each session taking place from 1-4 p.m. each day. Following the instruction, players will have a game on the final day. There also will be opportunities to have a question-and-answer session with members of the White Sox organization, including a current player, as well as a parade on the field for each participant and a guest. Participants should bring their own gloves and bottles of water.
Cost to participate in the camp is $215. Each participant will receive items such as a T-shirt, hat, White Sox ticket vouchers, an evaluation report and a graduation certificate.
