Stipend owes $22,308 in fines

The campaign committee Stipend owes a $8,788 fine imposed on March 16, 2012, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $13,520 with Patrick W. Flynn listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 33 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $227,164 in pending fines.
