Citizens to Elect Terry Morris owes $11,850 in fines

The campaign committee Citizens to Elect Terry Morris owes a $5,000 fine imposed on Sept. 2, 2016, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $6,850 with Terry Morris listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 33 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $227,164 in pending fines.
