Mariyah Brawner-Henley, the leading scorer and rebounder in Lewis University women's basketball history, has signed a contract to play professionally in Denmark, reports LewisFlyers.com.

Brawner-Henley signed with Aabyhoj of Denmark's Dameligaen league, according to Eurobasket.com.

Brawner-Henley finished her Flyers career last season by being named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Year for the second time and receiving All-America honors for the third time. In her four years at Lewis, during which she led the Flyers to four straight NCAA Division II Tournament berths and one GLVC championship, Brawner-Henley had 72 double-doubles, the second-most total in NCAA history. She finished with 1,981 career points and 1,282 career rebounds.

During her final season, she was 16th nationally in points per game at 20.1 and seventh in rebounds per contest at 11.8.

Prior to starring at Lewis, Brawner-Henley was an honorable-mention all-state pick at Niles North High School in Skokie.
