1. Consider for Approval a Proclamation Celebrating International Dark Sky Week from April 13, 2026 until April 20, 2026 in the Village of Homer Glen.

2. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting a Minor Change to a Planned Unit Development for certain real property located in the C-3 General Business District at 14053 S. Bell Road, Homer Glen, Illinois, commonly known as Home Depot [Case HG-2607-APUD]

3. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting a [1] a Major Change to a PUD; [2] a Preliminary/Final PUD Plat (Amended and Restated Final Planned Unit Development Plat of Messenger Glen Amended No. 4), and; [3] a Variance from § 75-67B to allow Steel Siding on the proposed commercial structure in lieu of the required 100% first floor stone material, brick material, concrete panel construction or glass walls to permit the construction of a new Maintenance Building for certain real property located in the C-3 General Business District at 15624 S.
