a. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with HR Green for Phase I Engineering Services for the Parker Road over Long Run Creek (Structure No. 099-4202) Bridge Rehabilitation Project in the Amount of $181,387.00.
b. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with V3 for Phase III Construction Inspection Services for the Villages 151st Street (FAU Route 3771) Project in an Amount Not to Exceed $620,000.00.
c. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of the Hoss Decorating quote in the amount of $14,200.00 for painting the pavilion and four arches in Heritage Park.
d. Consider Recommending for Approval, a Resolution ratifying and approving an agreement with Davidson’s Bar and Grill via the Homer Athletic Club, to facilitate Concessions on our premises for the Homer Athletic Club upon, meeting all Village and Health Department permitting, licensing and other requirements, for the 2026 athletic season, in the Village of Homer Glen.
e. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of a quote to replace five (5) total doors at the Village Hall and Public Works garage.
f. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of the FY 2026-2027 Budget for the Wellness Program Initiative for the Village of Homer Glen.
g. Consider Recommending Approval to Rescind Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) No. 018, Annual Performance Review and Compensation Cycle, that was adopted on September 27, 2023.
