In response to ongoing concerns from residents regarding high water bills, the Village is actively collecting samples related to billing issues with Illinois American Water. Residents have reported unexplained high charges, meter errors, and poor customer service from the company. Those affected are encouraged to send scanned or photographed copies of their bills and any supplementary materials to alist@homerglenil.org.
