CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS

2021 A YEAR IN REVIEW

Mr. David Braner, IT CIO, reviewed the list of major IT projects that were complete for 2021. Mr. Braner also reviewed projects that began in 2021 and are ongoing into year 2022. Mr. Braner presented to IT Vision and Mission for 2022 to help facilitate collaboration, resources sharing, and alignment citywide government services to exceed citizen expectation.

2022 PROJECT ROADMAP

Mr. David Braner, IT CIO, reviewed the list of major IT projects/initiatives for this year 2022.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MATRIX

Mr. David Braner, IT CIO, presenting a professional service council memo that includes a metrics of pricing. A public notice will be advertised asking vendors to include how much they would charge to provide for their services based on the categories that meet our needs. Mr. Chris Sternal, IT Manager, stated that this practice compares costs and experience between vendors to see which ones would meet the city's needs throughout the year.
