ROLL CALL:
Councilman Hug entered the meeting at 5:45 p.m.
Present: Mayor Robert O'Dekirk, Councilman Joseph Clement, Councilman Cesar Guerrero, Councilman Terry Morris, Councilman Pat Mudron, Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman and Councilwoman Sherri Reardon
Absent: Councilwoman Bettye Gavin and Councilman Larry E. Hug
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager James V. Capparelli and Corporation Counsel Sabrina Spano

Discussion - City Manager’s Recommended 2022 Annual Budget
A lengthy discussion was held concerning the 2022 Annual Budget reviewing proposed positions, sidewalk repair or replacement, capital improvements, city hall building expenses and need for a long-term plan, gas tax and vehicle replacement, city parking, and the city's comprehensive plan.

None.
ADJOURNMENT:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to adjourn.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: Councilman Joseph Clement, Councilman Cesar Guerrero, Councilman Larry E. Hug, Councilman Terry Morris, Councilman Pat Mudron, Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman and Councilwoman Sherri Reardon
