On Aug. 19, Andrea and John M. Damato purchased a home at 204 Westbrook Circle, Naperville from Donald C. Day for $280,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,219.70, 1.86% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 20, 2003 for $230,000.

So far in August 2021, 59 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Donald C. Day has been registered to vote since 2004 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries. Andrea Damato has been registered to vote since 2004 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries. John Michael Damato has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 204 Westbrook Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donald C. Day, 88, Andrea Damato, 55, John Michael Damato, 53, Shirley O Day, 86, and Gianna Damato.
