City of Lockport issued the following announcement on March 20.
At this time, the City is encouraging residents to pay fees for building permits and water bills online through the City's contracted service provider, BS&A, or by dropping off payments in the drop box located outside City Hall.
Online bill pay is available at https://bsaonline.com/Home/Index?uid=2600 The City will temporarily reimburse/rebate the online services fee for transactions beginning March 16, 2020.
