City of Joliet issued the following announcement on Aug. 3.
Beginning Monday, August 5 at approximately 6 a.m. Arsenal Road will be closed between Baseline Road and Brandon Road. The roadway will be reconstructed including new pavement, shoulders, culverts and ditches. During this time the public is advised to follow the posted detours.A full release will map of the closure and detail is below.
