Illinois General Assembly: HR60 actions on March 13

The following actions were taken on March 13 in the House on House bill HR60 ("agent orange-vets"): "Added Co-Sponsor Rep. Charles Meier", "Added Co-Sponsor Rep. Tom Weber" and "Resolution Adopted".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Margo McDermed (R-37) on Jan. 28, "urges Congress to pass legislation in support of the expansion of the presumptions for Agent Orange exposure for veteran treatment purposes," according to the General Assembly website.

The following house representatives also co-sponsored the bill: Darren Bailey (R-109), Stephanie A. Kifowit (D-84), Charles Meier (R-108), Dave Severin (R-117), Daniel Swanson (R-74), Tom Weber (R-64), Linda Chapa LaVia (D-83) and Jerry Costello, II (D-116).
