Graver Country Estates home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Graver Country Estates rose by $116,125 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,125 - a 50.1% increase over the $232,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Graver Country Estates in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Graver Country Estates for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $8,608, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
