Wilmington home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Wilmington rose by $4,100 while total sales increased by 160%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $158,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Wilmington in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Wilmington for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,224.60, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
