Ingalls Park home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Ingalls Park rose by $43,075 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,850 - a 94.1% increase over the $45,775 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Ingalls Park in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Ingalls Park for 2017 was $2,159.94. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,945.70. This marks an increase of 11%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
