Frankfort (Will County) home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Frankfort in Will County fell by $24,500 while total sales increased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,500 - a 7.2% decrease over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Frankfort in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Frankfort for 2017 was $8,791.50. In 2016, the median sales tax was $8,553.40. This marks an increase of 2.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.8%.
