Q2 real estate sales report: Shorewood

Median prices declined in Shorewood over last year, and are down 13.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 75 homes sold in Shorewood for a median price of $225,000. That's 11.8 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
