Q2 real estate sales report: Wellington Heights

Median prices rose in Wellington Heights over last year, and are down 3 percent over 9 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 5 homes sold in Wellington Heights for a median price of $177,000. That's 5.2 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, there were no foreclosures in Wellington Heights.
