Q2 real estate sales report: Lily Cache

Median prices rose in Lily Cache over last year, and are up 56.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 1 home sold in Lily Cache for a price of $200,000. That's 85 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, there were no foreclosures in Lily Cache.

Median property tax for homeowners in Lily Cache was $3,111.02 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.9 percent of their home's value in taxes.
