Q1 real estate sales report: Frankfort Square

Median prices rose in Frankfort Square over last year, and are up 16.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 19 homes sold in Frankfort Square for a median price of $232,000. That's 0.5 percent higher than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.

In the first quarter, there were no foreclosures in Frankfort Square.

Median property tax for homeowners in Frankfort Square was $0 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 0 percent of their home's value in taxes.
