F.1. Advisory Task Force On Economic Development Update
Staff will provide an overview of the recent activities and upcoming efforts of the Economic Development Task Force.
F.2. Review Of Development And Impact Fees
Staff will present recommendations of adjustments to various development and impact fees, including school and park site contribution fees, traffic impact fees, water and sanitary sewer connection fees, and building permit fees.

F.3. Regulating Special Uses And Business Licensing
Staff invites a discussion of how various uses are regulated in the Zoning Code as either by-right or requiring special use approval, as well as exploring an opportunity to consider whether additional regulations are supported as part of the business licensing process. In addition, staff will present potential land uses for the P3 site seeking the Board’s input to create a hybrid zoning for the project.

F.4. Hotel Feasibility Study Presentation
Staff and the Village’s consultant, TR Mandigo & Company, will present an overview of the recently completed hotel market feasibility study, which supports development of a 100-room, upscale, limited-service hotel in Plainfield.
