F.1. Pace Park-N-Ride Improvement Project Update
On January 9, 2017, the Village Board approved an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with PACE whereby the Village agreed to design and construct a new 400-600 space parking lot, storm water detention, landscaping improvements, and a building that will include washrooms and an indoor waiting area. PACE has agreed to pay the related design and construction costs.
The Village Engineer has completed a concept plan and over 30% percent of the design work for this project. These documents have been submitted to PACE and they made comments related to the proposed concept/design.
The Village Staff and Village Engineer will provide a presentation highlighting the work that has been completed, display conceptual design drawings, and answer questions related to this project.
