Village of Minooka Board Anual/Re-organization met May 2.

Village President, Patrick Brennan called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Members present: Terry Houchens, Dennis Martin, Ray Mason, Barry Thompson, and Dick Parrish. Trustee Rudy Martin was absent. Also present: Ryan Anderson – Public Works Superintendent, Sean Kelly, Village Engineer, Chris Spesia, Village Attorney and Chief Justin Meyer of the Minooka Police Department.
Review of Minutes – Minutes of the Village Board Meeting of April 25, 2017 were reviewed. Trustee Mason moved, Trustee Houchens seconded the motion to accept the minutes of April 25, 2017 Village Board Meeting as presented.

Swearing In Newly Elected Officials – Kristi LaMontagna, Village Clerk, swore in the following officials to four‐ year terms:
Patrick Brennan, Village President – Re‐elected
Terry Houchens, Village Trustee – Re‐Elected
Dave Deahl, Village Trustee – Newly Elected
Chad Hrechko, Village Trustee – Newly Elected
Brief Reception ‐ a brief reception was held to celebrate the re‐elected and newly elected officials. Village President, Patrick Brennan adjourned meeting at 7:09. Trustee Thompson moved, Trustee Houchens; all voted yes, meeting adjourned.
Village President, Patrick Brennan resumed the meeting at 7:25 p.m. followed by a new roll call. Members present: Dave Deahl, Terry Houchens, Chad Hrechko, Dennis Martin, Dick Parrish and Barry Thompson. Also present: Ryan Anderson – Public Works Superintendent, Kevin Biscan, Village Engineer, Chris Spesia, Village Attorney and Chief Justin Meyer of the Minooka Police Department.
Changes to Agenda – Item #8 states (None), there was an updated bills & transfers report added. Trustee Martin moved, Trustee Houchens seconded the motion to approve the Bills and Transfers as presented.
