Notice has been given that the Pre-Council meeting for the Mayor and City Council of Joliet, scheduled for May 5, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., has been canceled. Matters set for discussion will now be on the agenda for the City Council meeting on May 6, 2025.

A Special City Council Meeting is set for May 5, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Joliet City Hall, located at 150 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois. The meeting is being convened according to Section 2.02 of the Open Meetings Act 5 (ILCS 12/1 et seq.) for the purpose of conducting the oath of office for newly and re-elected council members.
