Homer Glen, Ill. – Ralph G. Morandi, 78, of Homer Glen, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Judi, sons Jason and Kevin, and grandchildren Caleb, Jake, Nathan, and Luke.

Ralph served in the Vietnam War and worked at Leavitt Tube and Bratcher Enterprises. He was known for his ability to fix things, wit, and advice. Ralph faced cancer with courage and grace.

He will be missed by many, including his brother Robert, sisters-in-law Donna and Terri, nieces, and nephews. Donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Ralph’s memory are appreciated.

Visitation will be held at Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services on June 4 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., continuing with a 10:00 a.m. Prayer Service on June 5. Interment will be private. For further information, contact 708-301-3595 or visit rjmodellfh.com.
