On Saturday, March 7, Cameron Armstrong, a former Lincoln-Way West High School standout, contributed to his college team, the Quincy Hawks, as they defeated the Truman State Bulldogs 2-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball contest.
QU Stadium was the site of the game, marking the second time this season the Hawks faced the Bulldogs.
The Hawks are set to play their next game on Saturday, March 7 at 3 p.m. at QU Stadium, again squaring off with Truman State Bulldogs.
