Former Lincoln-Way Central High School standouts Jack Novak and Michael Gurgone contributed for the Illinois Wesleyan Titans on Saturday, March 14, as the team dropped a 7-2 decision in their NCAA Division III baseball matchup against the Spalding Golden Eagles.
The contest was held at Derby City Field and marked the Titans’ first meeting with the Golden Eagles this season.
The Titans are set to face Spalding again at Derby City Field, with their next game scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 1:30 p.m.
