Northern Illinois Food Bank to host free mobile market in Crete

The Northern Illinois Food Bank Mobile Market Distribution will be held in Crete to assist residents facing food insecurity. The event is open to all local residents who need additional food support.

Attendees will receive items such as milk, eggs, fresh produce, meat, and other non-perishable foods. The distribution will operate as a drive-through service, and no registration is necessary. Participants are encouraged to bring their own bags or boxes.

The event is scheduled for Thursday, January 15, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m., or until supplies run out. It will take place at Heritage Park in Crete, Illinois.
