Mekhi Cooper, the notable former basketball standout from Bolingbrook High School, saw action on Thursday, Feb. 26, as the Lindenwood Lions dropped a 71-67 decision to the Eastern Illinois Panthers.
The 6′0″ junior guard produced five points, four assists and one rebound over 34 minutes of play.
Cooper and Lindenwood return to action Saturday, Feb. 28, at 3:30 p.m. on the road against the Western Illinois Leathernecks.
