Two new officers from the Village of Crete Police Department are progressing through their training at the police academy, according to updates shared at a recent board meeting.
Volunteers provided free food to more than 150 families at Heritage Park last month, working in partnership with the Northern Illinois Food Bank, Will County, the Crete Library, the Village of Crete, and the Crete Park District.
Provision Market, located at 5430 W. Main Street in Monee, Illinois, operates as a community pantry where families are able to select the food items that best fit their needs.
