Former Plainfield North High School standout Luke Brown and the Lewis Flyers were defeated 12-9 by the Purdue Northwest Pride in an NCAA Division II baseball game at noon on Saturday, March 7.

Brennan Field hosted the matchup, marking the third time the teams have played each other this season. The Flyers previously beat the Pride 10-3 on Friday, March 6.

Brown gave up five earned runs in 1.1 innings pitched, with three walks.

The Flyers look ahead to their next scheduled game against Purdue Northwest Pride at Brennan Field on Saturday, March 7, at 3:30 p.m.
