On Saturday, March 14, at 1 p.m., the Indianapolis Greyhounds, featuring former Lincoln-Way Central High School standout Josie Jager, earned a 13-2 win in their NCAA Division II softball matchup against the Upper Iowa Peacocks.
The contest was held at Eischeid Softball Complex and marked the first time the two teams squared off this season.
Jager contributed with one hit in two at-bats, scoring two runs, adding one run batted in, and drawing one walk.
The Greyhounds are set to play their next game at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 14, at Eischeid Softball Complex, again facing the Upper Iowa Peacocks.
