On Friday, Feb. 27, the Gardner–Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs, featuring former Lincoln-Way Central High School standout Ethan Rossow, claimed a 7-6 victory over the Appalachian State Mountaineers in NCAA Division I baseball.

John Henry Moss Stadium hosted the contest, marking the teams’ first meeting of the season.

The Runnin’ Bulldogs are set to play their next game on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 3 p.m. at John Henry Moss Stadium, again facing Appalachian State.
