On Tuesday, Feb. 24, the Evansville Purple Aces, which feature former Lincoln-Way West High School star Kaleb Wilkey, were defeated 15-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball contest against the Vanderbilt Commodores.

Hawkins Field hosted the matchup, marking the Purple Aces’ first meeting with the Commodores this season.

The Purple Aces are set to play their next game Friday, Feb. 27 at 3 p.m. at German American Bank Field at Charles H. Braun Stadium, taking on the Milwaukee Panthers.
