On Friday, March 13, the Drury Panthers, with former Lincoln-Way West High School standout Anthony Vita on their roster, defeated the Lewis Flyers 8-7 in an NCAA Division II baseball game.
The matchup was held at Mark Worley Field at Meador Park and marked the first meeting between the two teams this season.
The Panthers are set to face the Lewis Flyers again at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 14, at Mark Worley Field at Meador Park.
