On Sunday, March 1, the Concordia Chicago Cougars, featuring former Lincoln-Way Central High School stars Connor Jerkatis and Kyle Connelly, were defeated 4-3 by the Bluffton Beavers in NCAA Division III baseball action.
The matchup was held at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex and marked the teams’ first meeting this season.
Concordia Chicago’s next contest is set for Monday, March 2 at 10 a.m., when they face Wartburg Knights at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex.
