On Friday, March 13, Concordia Chicago Cougars—featuring former Lincoln-Way Central High School players Connor Jerkatis and Kyle Connelly—were defeated 8-2 by the Hardin-Simmons Cowboys in an NCAA Division III baseball matchup.
Hunter Field hosted this first encounter of the season between the Cougars and the Cowboys.
The teams are set to meet again at Hunter Field on Friday, March 13, with first pitch scheduled for 7 p.m.
