Former Lincoln-Way West High School athlete Cole Crafton contributed for the Illinois Fighting Illini in their 2-1 NCAA Division I baseball victory over the Minnesota Golden Gophers on Friday, March 13.

The matchup was held at Illinois Field—the first meeting of the season between these teams.

Illinois is set to face Minnesota again on Saturday, March 14 at 3 p.m. at Illinois Field.
