A motion was made by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, seconded by
Councilman Cesar Cardenas, to approve 1/21/26 Land Use & Economic Development Meeting Minutes. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: Councilman Cardenas and Councilwoman Ibarra
Absent: Councilman Mudron
CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS
Shelly Clark & Joyce Clark Family of Michael Clark Spoke briefly about Mr. Clark’s life and legacy.

Honorary Street Name Designation for Michael Austin Clark Way (Glenwood Avenue between Hammes Avenue and Larkin Avenue)
Councilwoman Ibarra spoke about Mr. Clark about his community advocacy and how his contributions to the community will be felt for years to come.
Councilman Cardenas also spoke about Mr. Clark and working with him.
A motion was made by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, seconded by
Councilman Cesar Cardenas, to approve Honorary Street Name Designation for Michael Austin Clark Way (Glenwood Avenue between Hammes Avenue and Larkin Avenue). The motion carried by the following vote:
