REQUESTED PRESENTATION
At the request of the Committee Chair, Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, a presentation was provided by Peregrine, a data consolidation platform, with Deputy Chief Botzum discussing potential benefits and use cases for the Police Department.

Award of Contract to Esri for the Renewal of Existing Enterprise Agreement for Three Years in the Amount of $361,626.00.
Christopher Sternal, CIO, reviewed the upcoming Esri renewal.

Award of Contract to CDWG for Core Network Switch Replacement in the Amount of $62,953.12
Christopher Sternal, CIO, provided an overview of the Core Network Switch Replacement.
A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon to recommend for approval Award of Contract to CDWG for Core Network Switch Replacement in the Amount of $62,953.12.

Award of Contract to Heartland Business Systems for the Nutanix Server Replacement Project in the Amount of $223,922.42
Christopher Sternal, CIO, outlined details related to the Nutanix Server
Replacement Project.
A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, seconded by
Councilwoman Sherri Reardon to recommend for approval Award of Contract to Heartland Business Systems for the Nutanix Server Replacement Project in the Amount of $223,922.42.
