I. Approve a Resolution Approving Professional Engineering Service Agreement for a City-Wide Multi-Use Path Study-Phase 1 by and between the City of Crest Hill, Will County, Illinois and Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd for an Amount of $48,500.00

J. Approve a Resolution Approving a City Hall Community Room Usage Policy

K. Approval of the Purchase of a New RAS Pump for the East Wastewater Treatment Plant from Metropolitan Industries Inc. in the Amount of $56,179.00

L. Approval of the Purchase of a New Motor for the Oxidation Ditch for the East Wastewater Treatment Plant from Komline Sanderson in the Amount of $25,000.00

M. Approval of Pay Request #37 from Vissering Construction Inc. with direction to send it to the IEPA for approval and disbursement for a total amount of $231,832.60

N. Approval of Change Order No. 10 from Vissering Construction Inc. with the direction to send it to the IEPA for approval. Change Order will increase the amount of the contract to $49,695,708.00

O. Approval of the Regular and Overtime Payroll from January 26, 2026, through February 8, 2026, in the Amount of $279,365.48
