CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS

This section is for anyone wanting to speak regarding agenda items and are allowed a maximum of 4 minutes. It is not a question and answer period and staff, and the Zoning Board of Appeals members do not generally respond to public comments. The City Clerk has a copy of the public speaking procedures; please note, speakers who engage in conduct injurious to the harmony of the meeting shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer and may forfeit the opportunity to speak.

OLD BUSINESS: PUBLIC HEARING

During the Public Hearing, members of the public will be allowed to present evidence and ask questions subject to the rules of the meeting.

During the Public Hearing, members of the public will be allowed to present evidence and ask questions subject to the rules of the meeting.

PETITION 2023-01: A Variation to allow recreation rooms, exercise room and a full bathroom as accessory uses in an addition to an existing detached garage, located at 900 Western Avenue.

PETITION 2023-02: A Variation to reduce the required front yard setback from 30’ to 17.16’ for a front porch, located at 120 Akin Avenue.

PETITION 2023-03: A Variation on signage to allow a wall sign that does not face a public way, located at 1550 N. Larkin Avenue.

PETITION 2023-04: A Special Use Permit to allow an early education and day care facility, located at the Southwest corner of Drauden Road & Caton Farm Road.

PETITION 2023-05: A Special Use Permit to allow installation of an electric security fence as an accessory use for an existing business within the I-2 (General Industrial) zoning district, located at 2961 Mound Road.

PETITION 2023-06: A Variation on permitted trailer parking to allow double stacking, located at Lot 24 Cherry Hill Business Park.

PETITION 2023-07: A Variation of Use to allow an eight-unit substance use disorder treatment facility an R-B (restricted business) use in a B-3 (general business) zoning district, located at 1620 Plainfield Road. ***TO BE TABLED***

PETITION 2023-08: A Special Use Permit to allow an eight-unit substance use disorder facility for women and women with children, located at 1620 Plainfield Road. ***TO BE TABLED***
